Psychotherapy is a type of therapy also knows as "talk therapy." It is a treatment derived from a psychological framework, which is used to help the client (people just like you and I) understand their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors.
There are many types of psychotherapy, each person's individual needs is what determines the route we take in treatment. Psychotherapy can also be partnered with Hands-on-Healing based on individual preferences.
The overall goal is for the acquired insight to help overcome psychological problems and obtain positive mental, emotional and behavioral changes.
