In therapy sessions we explore the following:

      What is going well
      What isn't serving you
* Impactful past experiences 
      How were you impacted by these back then
      How could they be affecting your life now
* Your dreams and desires for the future
     We create a strategy took box with skills to help manage difficulties as they come up
     Create a self-care routine for ongoing life balance 

The overall goal is for the acquired insight to help overcome psychological problems, feelings of overwhelm, and obtain positive mental, emotional and behavioral changes. ​

Sessions take place via video calls through a secure platform. All documents and payments are also processed through there.
