Yes, I provide superbills that you can submit to your insurance company for possible out-of-network reimbursement.
Reimbursement amounts and eligibility vary by plan, so I'd recommend checking with your insurance provider directly to understand your specific benefits.
Scheduling & Session Logistics
-
This work is most effective with a consistent, weekly rhythm. It's how the deeper shifts happen.
When you start therapy with me, that weekly time becomes yours.
-
Your session time is held for you for up to 15 minutes past the start time. After that, it's treated as a no-show, and the full session fee still applies. This helps me protect the space I've set aside for you.
-
I know life doesn't always cooperate with a schedule: illness, travel, the unexpected. To account for that, you have four cancellations each year with at least 48 hours' notice, no charge, no questions asked. Beyond that, or with shorter notice, a cancellation fee applies. We'll go over the specifics together during your consultation.

Moving Forward with Support
Therapy is not about fixing you. It’s about helping you develop insight, tools, and confidence so you can move through life with more clarity and balance.
Therapy is not about “fixing” you.
It’s about creating a space where you can understand your experiences, reconnect with yourself, and move forward with greater clarity and self-trust.
